Delivery
We deliver all appliances we sell, either into a room of your choice or kerbside, subject to access, property conditions, and the services selected.
Delivery Area & Charges
We offer free delivery within a 20-mile radius of HP2 4RP, subject to access and ground-floor delivery conditions.
Delivery outside this area may be available by prior agreement, and additional charges may apply. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.
Additional delivery charges may also apply for:
- Properties not located on the ground floor
- Restricted, difficult, or unsafe access
- Large, heavy, or specialist appliances
Our team may need to visit your property in advance to assess access. You will be contacted if this is required.
Access & Right to Refuse Delivery
The seller reserves the right to refuse a sale, cancel an order, or refuse to deliver an item where:
- Access to the property is restricted, unsafe, or unsuitable for delivery
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided by the purchaser, including but not limited to:
- Property access details
- Floor level
- Staircases, lifts, or narrow access points
- Parking or unloading restrictions
Where delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or inaccurate information provided by the purchaser, additional delivery charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Additional Services
We offer the following additional services, subject to availability and additional charges:
- Disconnection and installation of washing machines and dishwashers
- Removal of old refrigeration appliances
- Disconnection and installation of electric cookers
- Disconnection and installation of built-in or integrated washing machines, dishwashers, and refrigeration, including removal
- Installation of built-in electric ovens and hobs
- Installation of gas hobs and gas cookers (Gas Safe registered engineers only)

Delivery Conditions
- An adult (18+) must be present to accept and sign for delivery
- Goods must be inspected at the time of delivery
- Signing confirms receipt of goods in apparent acceptable condition, without prejudice to your statutory rights
If delivery cannot be completed on an agreed date due to no one being present or access issues, additional charges may apply.
Returns
Our returns policy depends on the product purchased and whether any additional services have been provided.
Faulty Goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
If a fault occurs within 30 days of delivery, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
For unboxed or used items, faults must first be reported through the manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee process. It is the customer’s responsibility to register warranties.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty:
- Return carriage costs will be reimbursed
Built-in appliances installed by us will be removed by us where replacement is required
Non-Fault Returns
We are happy to exchange products for non-fault reasons, subject to the following:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be returned in full original packaging
- All carriage and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility
Delivery Timescale
We aim to deliver all in-stock items within 7 working days.
Delivery times may be extended where additional services are required or where access assessments are needed. We will confirm delivery arrangements with you if these have not already been agreed at the time of purchase.
VAT & Pricing
All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20%, where applicable.
